1972

First Hotbake

The first HotBake opened at 473 Dean Street Albury. Shortly after, in the same year another site was opened in High Street Wodonga.

Business owners: Wayne and Jenny Falconer

1977

Opened Lavington Location

Closed Union Road and Dean Street Stores and opened HotBake in the Coles Complex Lavington. Still in operation to this day. 

1979

Opened Second Lavington location

Opened HotBake Lavington Square shopping centre. Ceased trading in 2012.

2012

Opened Wodonga Location

Open HotBake in Whitebox Rise Shopping Centre Wodonga. Still in operation to this day

2015

Opened Albury Location

Open HotBake in Volt Lane Complex Albury. Still in operation to this day

Opened HotBake in Union Road NOrth Albury

1978

Opened Wagga Wagga Location

Opened HotBake in Morgan St, Wagga Wagga. Still in operation today under a different owner.

1997
